Nick Wright is a Director of RAB Property Consultancy, and joined the RAB team in 2024.
Nick is a Chartered Surveyor with 15 years of experience in acquisitions and asset management in the retail and F&B sectors. He has worked for brands such as Costa Coffee, Amazon, Next and Vision Express. He has a track record of delivering high-volume multi-format acquisition programmes and experience working across corporate, joint venture, and franchise operations. During his time as Acquisitions Manager at Costa Coffee, Nick opened over 90 new stores across London and the South East.
Most recently, as Head of Property for a private equity-owned business, Nick was integral to driving their estate rationalisation and efficiency programme across the UK.
At RAB, Nick’s acquisitions expertise supports the growth programmes of Cash Access UK, Costa Coffee and Linnaeus Group. He also provides strategic property advice and disposals for Topps Tiles and Halfords.
