Erika is responsible for supporting the business across compliance matters, ensuring robust processes and standards are maintained across RAB’s operations.
With over 20 years’ experience in retail and project management, Erika has worked across a diverse range of projects within the retail sector. Her experience includes roles at a central London museum, a British coastal clothing retailer, and most recently, advancing modern original eyewear collection Black Eyewear.
