Julia Poulson is Managing Director of RAB Property Consultancy, and joined the RAB team in 2018.
Julia provides strategic property advice to our clients, consulting on a range of topics, including expansion plans, capital investment, asset planning, cost efficiencies, people and team development and mentoring.
Julia qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992 and has extensive experience in the retail and leisure market. She held a number of executive-level property roles, including leading the group property functions of Domino’s Pizza Group and Ei Group. Prior to this, Julia held various roles during her 14 years at Mitchells and Butlers, where she was responsible for Property Acquisitions, Business Franchise, and Asset Planning.
At RAB, Julia works with Flying Tiger Copenhagen and Ole & Steen on their store acquisition programmes and asset management.
