On 16 September 2026, we brought together clients, colleagues and friends at our London office to celebrate 20 years of RAB Property Consultancy.
It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on our journey so far and, most importantly, to celebrate the relationships that have shaped RAB over the past two decades.
From our early days as a small consultancy to the specialist team we are today, our focus has remained the same: working closely with our clients, understanding their businesses and providing practical property expertise they can rely on.
The evening was a brilliant reflection of that. With drinks, canapés and plenty of laughter on the rooftop terrace at 70 Cowcross Street, it was a chance to bring together many of the people who have been part of the RAB story.
A highlight of the evening was hearing a short speech from our client James Hamilton, Property Director at Cash Access UK, who shared his candid and thoughtful reflections on what RAB represents to him.
His words captured something central to the RAB approach: building strong, trusted relationships with clients, adapting and flexing to their changing requirements, and consistently delivering the quality of expertise that has established RAB as a leading name in the property industry.

We were delighted to see so many of our clients, past and present, taking the time to comment, share their memories and congratulate the team on reaching 20 years. For Richard and the whole RAB team, those messages were a particularly meaningful reminder that, while the business has evolved, the relationships at the heart of RAB remain as important as ever.
